Abstract: This paper is a scientific/medical article that reports the case of a male, 32 years of age, with dysuria (painful urination) and abdominal pain, who emigrated three years earlier from Somalia, and was currently employed in a rural Wisconsin community. Several studies and tests on the patient and his consequent treatment with praziquantel are presented.
