Abstract: The author deepens one aspect of Somali poetic art that has not been sufficiently explored, namely the evocative function of proper names when they are used in poetic tropes.

Qoraagu wuxuu falanqaynayaa arrin ku saabsan qaabka maansada Soomaaliyeed, oo u muuqata in aan weli si fiican loo baarin, waa habka loo adeegsada magacyada gaarka ah oo raacsan hab u yeeridda iyo dowrka sarbeebta maansada.

L'autore approfondisce un aspetto della poesia somala che risulta poco esplorato, ovvero la funzione evocativa dei nomi propri quando vengono usati nei tropi poetici.
